We are your collaborators in the recovery process. When you refer to PRORehab, you'll always know they are receiving the best outpatient therapy possible.
Here's a few of the ways we do this:
We treat people right. Our staff makes each patient's course of therapy worthwhile at every visit. Patient's therapy sessions aren't limited to a 30 minute appointment slot. Instead, the patient will stay as long as needed to complete their treatment program. This commitment to the complete recovery of the patient makes PRORehab different. The effort we take in developing a comprehensive program for each person and seeing them through from start to finish pays off with a superior outcome for you and the patient.
We believe in continuity of care. PRORehab therapists are unique. We strive to pair up each patient with the same therapist from the start of therapy to the end. For you and the patient, this means that the same set of eyes, ears and hands are monitoring the patient's condition and modifying treatment as necessary.
We communicate when you need it. Typewritten progress reports, phone calls, emails. We make sure to keep an open line of communication with you regarding each patient's progress.
We're accessible. You can typically schedule an appointment within 24 - 48 hours. We accept nearly all insurance plans and have a dedicated insurance account specialist for each location ready to help.
We're in the neighborhood. We have over 24 locations that cover the St. Louis metropolitan area and surrounding communities. Our widespread network means convenient locations and access to a range of specialty services.
We're experienced, but always learning. PRORehab is absolutely committed to continuing education and ongoing mentorship for its staff. We hold courses for employees at frequent intervals throughout the year, involving thought-leaders in Orthopedics, Physical Medicine and Physical and Occupational Therapy.
