PRORehab has offered St. Louis metro and surrounding areas industrial rehabilitation services since 1996. In 2002, these services were formed in to a new division of PRORehab called IMPACT (Injury Management Prevention and Consulting). IMPACT represents the full continuum of work injury prevention and rehabilitation services including:

• WorkSTEPS® Functional Employment Testing (Post-Offer/Fit-for-Duty)

IMPACT is committed to assisting the employer in selecting and maintaining a healthy workforce as well as timely and safe return to work of the injured worker. This is accomplished through utilization of the finest in medically researched clinical pathways by experienced, licensed therapists. Always responsive to cost containment, IMPACT monitors and discloses its program length of stay and outcomes. IMPACT incorporates collaborative problem solving, clinical reasoning and teamwork to mitigate over utilization of services.
