IMPACT: Job Analysis Services

Regulations being imposed on employers by the ADA, EEOC, and the OSHA Ergonomic Standard are making employers more accountable for worker safety and forcing them to be much more exact about job requirements and the policies/procedures that govern job processes. IMPACT provides comprehensive Job Analysis Services delivered by licensed therapists certified in ergonomics.

The IMPACT therapist will perform a walkthrough to determine parameters of the analysis and meet with dedicated personnel to establish the job purpose & essential functions. The therapist will then observe, measure, weigh, count, and videotape the job and prepare a comprehensive report.
