IMPACT: Transitional Return to Work

IMPACT can design a progressive or transitional return to work program to assist employers in reducing lost workdays.

Transitional return to work program component:

  • Job analysis
  • Abatement planning
  • Program implementation
  • Program evaluation

IMPACT will interface with all members of the return to work team; employer, physician, insurance claims representative, and case manager until return to work at full duty is achieved or plateau is reached. Restrictions would gradually be lifted by way of periodic fitness for duty evaluations.
